Miami is located in the north of Mexico and is amongst the Latin cities. It was once a town where farming was the occupation of the people. Today, the city has developed into a beautiful metropolitan one. The conurbation is always very busy and bright at night. There are beautiful sights all over the city and those who get cheap flights to Miami surely visit the sights and enjoy the nice food served at restaurants. The metropolis is very efficient and there are many parks and galleries here. The metropolis is beautiful and has many shopping malls, parks and galleries. Some of the places which invite plenty of travelers from all round the globe have been provided as follows:
House of Elian Gonzalez
The House of Elian Gonzalez is now a shrine. It was subject to the battles of custody during the 1990 and it now stands as a symbol of anti-Castro Cuban exile. The house is surrounded with homage’s to Jesus, American flags and there are many images of Elian hi self. Elian’s belongings are still there in the house and those who get Flights to Miami surely go and visit this sight and learn more about the history of the place. There is nothing so elaborate about this place but it has a story to it and that is what interests the people.
Miami Seaquarium
The marine park stretches over an area of 38 acres. Many aquatic animals are preserved and protected in this park. There are many shows and exhibits. There is a natural mangrove habitat in the park that helps rehabilitating sea turtles. There are dolphins and West Indian manatees that are nursed to goof health and then when they are better they are released into the wild. Those who get Miami Flights surely visit the park and view the exhibits. The park is beautiful and as mentioned, has a variety of aquatic animals which are well kept. Most of the animals are released back into the wild after being treated properly.
Lowe Art Museum
The Lowe Art Museum displays a variety in art and is liked by all because it serves to everyone’s likes in art. The museum displays beautiful modern and contemporary works of art. It displays cultural archaeology from Asia, Africa and South Pacific. It also displays pre-Columbian and Mesoamerican art. There is also a display in Renaissance and Baroque art. Also, there are lovely 18th to 20th century paintings by Gauguin, Picasso and Monet who have wonderful paintings displayed.
Bass Museum of Art
The Bass Museum of Art was designed and made in the year 1930 by Russell Pancoast. It is placed near the beautiful Miami Beach and looks like an orthodox church that is placed in Greece. The range of the collection at the museum is large. It has collections from the 16th century European religious works to Northern European and Renaissance paintings. Many art lovers from across the world get Miami flights in order to visit this museum and to enjoy seeing all the beautiful paintings on display. The museum is placed in the Collins Park Cultural triangle. The triangle is made of the beautiful Miami City Building and the Miami Beach Regional Library.
